P - Intrinsic - N (PIN) Diodes
The most common device for RF switching is the PIN diode.
PIN diodes behave as current controlled switches at high (RF)
frequency and normal Si diodes at low frequency.
forward bias = RF short ckt
no DC bias = RF open ckt
